Project Overview:

We are seeking experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers to support the redesign and revamp of a custom ServiceNow application that integrates with multiple ServiceNow modules and third-party applications. This initiative focuses on enhancing process efficiencies, implementing workflow automation, and improving end-user experience. The project is running on a tight schedule with continuous releases, requiring immediate resource onboarding.

• Location: preferably onsite (Washington DC) and Remote (nearshore) someone who can support Eastern timezone working hours.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 7+ years of full-time hands-on Software Development experience.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (ServiceNow and third-party applications)
• Experience with ServiceNow modules (GRC/IRM, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, CMDB, ATF, ITIL, Release & Change Management)
• Strong knowledge of secure-by-design principles and their implementation.
• Ability to work in a Durable team model and support eastern time zone working hours.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodology and Agile collaboration tools like JIRA.

Nice to haves

• AWS integration experience (Lambda, Step Functions, serverless technologies).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
