Engagement Details
We provide professional and affordable on-demand tech support via a network of fully vetted independent technicians throughout the US. Providers deliver a wide range of services including memberships and product sales, focusing on computer support and repair, home networks, smart home devices and televisions. We are at the intersection of several powerful trends including the “gig” economy, smart homes, and in-home aging.
In this role, you’ll be finding new ways to increase operational efficiency, working directly with our external partners to gether feedback on which tools to build. This will include doing UX research, gather requirements from business development conversations, and, ultimately, building applications that provide visibility for technicians and all parties involved. Required Qualifications
1. 5+ years of full-time hands-on Product Management experience.
2. 2+ years of full-time hands-on SaaS Product Management experience.
3. 1+ years of full-time hands-on experience in Product Management of Customer Service tools.
4. Advanced speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
5. Proactive communication.
6. Ability to gather requirements.
7. Experience building a product roadmap.
8. Strong problem solving skills and analytics capabilities.
9. Demonstrated ability to show initiative instead of waiting for directions.
10. Desire to help with things outside of current duties.
Nice to haves
1. Technical understanding of the system.
2. Understanding system complexity.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.

Most of our engagements are long-term in nature. That said, if the current engagement is ramping down, we’ll present you with more long-term opportunities to transition into.
