Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative who will effectively move the best and brightest candidates through the pipeline and secure placements for our clients. Your main objectives will be:
- Introduce vetted candidates to our clients for open positions
- Consistently follow up with the clients and the candidates
- Move timely throughout the hiring process
- Prepare the candidates for client interviews
- Negotiating offers details between clients and candidates
- Closing deals and securing candidate placements

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time experience in Sales
- Advanced written and verbal level of English
- Demonstrated determination to successfully close deals
- Ability to work in the US time zone
- High level of excitement and curiosity about technology
- Exceptional negotiating and objection-handling skills
- Obsession with tracking and improving performance numbers
- Experience consistently updating CRM with the results of your work

- Proven track record of placing technology resources
- Growth-stage startup experience
- Deep familiarity with a typical software development cycle and general software architecture
- Coding experience
- Industry publications and/or presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
