We're a fast-growing, pioneering financial wellness start-up that invests heavily in the growth and development of its team members. As a financial education company, we provide a turn-key collaborative money mentorship solution that’s derived from the belief that our financial mentors are the last great hope for educating the working population on healthy money habits and positive behavior change. We seek to spread financial literacy by creating custom programs tailored to organizational needs that ease monetary stress and equip employees with how to plan for their future.

We’re working with high traffic. Launching the new V2 platform. There is a lot of new development where we’re refactoring and consolidating microservices, adding more analytics, as well as other APIs for financial services. Our backend is in C#/.NET, we’re using Azure DevOps for CI and infrastructure, as well as AWS for several great and useful services. Join us, it’ll be fun!

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full-time software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on full-time experience with C#/.NET backend.
• 5+ years of hands-on full-time experience with SQL.
• 2+ years of hands-on full-time experience with NoSQL.
• 1+ years of hands-on full-time experience with AWS or Azure Cloud.
• 1+ years of hands-on full-time experience with Docker.
• Advanced speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals with competencies in architecture, object-oriented programming and system design.
• Experience building cloud based, distributed, resilient systems with the ability to handle large and variable traffic volumes.
• Experience with CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to have fun in a small team environment.

Nice to haves

1. Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

2. Previous experience with Azure DevOps ecosystem.

3. Experience with Infrastructure/Data Engineering.

4. Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies and best practices.
