Role Overview We are seeking a SAP EWM Solution Architect to lead warehouse process optimization, business transformation, and digital innovation within supply chain execution. This role focuses on strategic process design, industry best practices, and emerging technology adoption to enhance warehouse efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & optimize warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, labor) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Align SAP EWM solutions with business strategy, ensuring scalability and future-proofing logistics operations.
  • Benchmark against industry best practices, driving process innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Execute a global EWM rollout roadmap, standardizing global processes while allowing regional flexibility.
  • Integrate SAP EWM with ERP (S/4HANA), TM, 3PLs, and automation systems for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure alignment with logistics goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability initiatives in warehouse logistics operations.
  • Drive adoption of analytics & KPIs for warehouse performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Lead transformation initiatives, optimizing cost, efficiency, and customer fulfillment strategies.

Location: US only Remote for the most part, may require a couple of weeks of travel to Singapore

Required Qualifications

  • Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
  • 5+ years of full-time hands-on SAP EWM experience.
  • 5+ years of full-time hands-on ERP experience.
  • 3+ years of full-time hands-on Tech Lead experience.
  • 10+ years in supply chain execution, warehouse operations, or logistics solutions, with expertise in SAP EWM.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of High Tech and 3PL logistics models.
  • Process Design Focus: Strong experience in warehouse strategy, logistics optimization, and network planning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to bridge business needs with technology, influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
