• Define the QA process from the very beginning.
• Be the face of QA in the company.
• Do the full spectrum of testing: web, mobile, and backend API.

Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 5+ years of professional full-time experience doing Manual QA.
• 2+ years of professional full-time experience in Mobile testing.
• 2+ years of professional full-time experience working in startups.
• API testing experience.
• Experience writing test cases.
• Experience managing a test suite.
• Experience being the first QA Engineer on the team.
• Proactiveness and Ownership: ability to deliver results without much guidance and supervision.

Nice to Haves

1. QA Automation experience.
2. Have an iOS device.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
