We're a fast-growing, pioneering financial education start-up that invests heavily in the growth and development of its team members. As a financial education company, we provide a turn-key collaborative money mentorship solution that’s derived from the belief that our financial mentors are the last great hope for educating the working population on healthy money habits and positive behavior change. We seek to spread financial literacy by creating custom programs tailored to organizational needs that ease monetary stress and equip employees with how to plan for their future.
You will play a crucial role in shaping our financial wellness platform and driving data-informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather user insights, conduct market research, analyze data, and contribute to the product development process. We're actively trying to ""break"" the industry. The industry is really for disruption and innovation.

Required Qualifications
- Total: 3+ years of hands-on full-time Product Analyst experience
- 1+ years of hands-on full-time experience with Project Management
- 2+ years of hands-on full-time experience with Product Management
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present information clearly.
- Product Management Skills: Familiarity with product management methodologies, Agile development.
- Technical Writing Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating technical documentation for software products and technologies.
- Proactive communication: being able to challenge the status quo, proactively gather and break down requirements into actionable stories.
- Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
Nice to haves
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in Product Management, Data Science, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience with user-centered design principles.
3. Financial Literacy: An understanding of financial wellness concepts or a willingness to learn about the financial education industry.
4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

What happens if the engagement is completed?
Most of our engagements are long-term in nature. That said, if the current engagement is ramping down, we’ll present you with more long-term opportunities to transition into.
