We're a USA-based company producing video solutions with the mission to advance scientific research and education. Our institutional clients comprise over 1,000 universities, colleges, and biopharma companies, including such leaders as Harvard, MIT, Yale, and Stanford. As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented individuals to join our company. Be the point of contact defining data reporting, support all departments across the company, and work with the product, engineering, and business teams to produce meaningful insights from data. It's going to be interesting. You'll need to define the ETL strategy and implementation for our data, finalize the choice of a proper BI tool, figure out the most common reports the business needs and own this area

Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Data Engineer experience.
• 6+ years of full-time hands-on SQL experience.
• 1+ years of full-time hands-on Business Intelligence experience.
• Ability to determine which data we need, for which purpose and in which format
• Experience with open-source ETL tools

Nice to haves

1. Python experience
2. Pandas experience
3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
