Our client is a private profitable US business with a software platform for therapists. Join us on a meaningful mission improving people's mental health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand identity, including logos, typography, and color schemes
• Redesign key UI screens to improve visual consistency and user experience
• Ensure unified styling across the platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align branding with business goals
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times

Project Timeline: The role will start as a short-term project (1-3 weeks for branding, 1-2 weeks for initial screens) with the potential for ongoing work as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on UI/UX Design experience.
• 4+ years of full-time hands-on Brand Design experience.
• 4+ years of full-time hands-on Web Design experience.
• Senior-level experience in branding and UI/UX design
• Proven track record of successful brand development and UI redesigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and screen design work
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality designs quickly
• Ownership and proactiveness: ability to initiate conversations, clarify requirements and deliver results regardless of obstacles and with minimum supervision

Nice to haves

• Design System Management - Experience creating and maintaining design systems for large-scale projects
• Visual Marketing Design
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
