By utilizing proprietary AI technology, a large network of talented engineers, and a world-class technical interview process, Right Balance team was able to present a constant stream of quality candidates, moving quickly to extend offers ahead of competitors, leading to closing all positions.

Results

10+ high-level engineers hired from Latin America and Eastern Europe having a large amount of experience in Django, React, Automated QA, and AWS DevOps. Many engineers have been promoted since the date of hire due to outstanding performance.
